This is the official participation list for all EMA attendees of the WMC Kunming (8th). All EMA players who wish to participate in this tournament or have already successfully registered please add your name to this list.

If you wish to participate but have not started the registration process yet, contact pengjy_km@ctg.cn to formally start registration (deadline: 20th Sep 2026).

The EMA has at least 56 slots for this event and we expect few competition for these slots, therefore everyone who has time and wants to go can do so as the EMA will not set official country quotas.

This list merely serves as a visibility tool for coordination amongst EMA players to find and contact roommates or to organize teams (a single room has an upcharge of 100€). If you already have a full team or have an uncompleted team seeking other players fill in the team name slot accordingly.

The organizer has requested each participant to arrive at Kunming Airport at or before 15:00 local time 18th Oct 2026. There will be a shuttle service to the hotel.

This list with player names and teams will be sent to the WMO after registration deadline.

IX. Registration Requirements

Each country shall submit the names, genders, photos and team names of all its participants to the Organizing Committee of the Eighth World Mahjong Championship no later than September 20, 2026.

Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of written registration emails and full payment of entry fees, until all quotas are filled before the registration deadline.

X. Participation Fees

Entry Fee Standard: CNY 1,800/USD 268/EUR 238 per person (excluding postal delivery fees).

The fee covers the official event handbook, score sheets, printed copy of the Mahjong Competition Rules, souvenir packages, three daily meals during the competition, event refreshment breaks, Welcome Dinner and Awards Banquet, four nights of shared twin-room accommodation, and shuttle transport arranged by the Organizing Committee.

The twin-room rate is included in the base fee. Participants requiring a private single room shall pay an extra surcharge of CNY 800/USD 120/EUR 100 per person. Any additional personalized arrangements or special demands shall be borne by participants at their own cost.

Registration will only be processed after full entry fees are transferred to the designated official bank accounts (Please find the Entry Fee Guidelines for full details).

Non-participating guests are not entitled to participant benefits and shall cover all expenses independently.
