– Registration

The Registration begins at 17:00 on 06 July 2026 (CEST, UTC+2). Please fill out the registration form in the “Registration”-tab on this page. Once completed, you will find your name listed in the “Participants”-tab. The registration will be confirmed after we receive your payment, and a “√”-symbol will appear in the status column. (All times listed below are in Berlin local time. )

– Entry Fee and Payment

The registration fee is €75.

Players whose payment is sent on or before 30 September 2026 will receive a €5 early-bird discount. DMJL members will receive an additional €5 discount.

The early-bird discount is determined based on the time the payment is sent, according to Berlin local time.

On or before 30 September 2026

• Early-bird payment: 70€
• Early-bird + DMJL member: 65€

After 30 September 2026

• Regular fee: 75€
• DMJL member: 70€

Lunch, water and snacks are included in the registration fee.
Payment can be made by either IBAN bank transfer or PayPal.

– Rule and Scoring

This competition is using Mahjong Competition Rules. Scoring will be done with our MCR System. This link provides a general system template for everyone to try. During the tournament, the system will not display point differences. Players are responsible for calculating them themselves.

– Tournament Format

In addition to the individual ranking competition, there will also be a team competition. Each team consists of four players. Please enter your team name when registering.

If your team has not been finalized at the time of registration, please send us your team name and the names of all team members by email no later than the registration deadline (01 Dec 2026). Players who have not joined a team by then will be randomly assigned to one.

The tournament draw and seating arrangements will be conducted online. The seat winds will be drawn and determined by the four players themselves at the beginning of each round.

Competition updates will be documented in the “Updates”-tab on this page. In case of significant updates, notifications will be sent to everyone’s registered email addresses. Please make sure our email address (kontakt@berlin-mahjong.club) will not be banned by your email. (After successfully submitting the registration form, you will receive an email.
